Roger Campbell, Chief Estimator
Oversees the bidding and design of all company projects. Has over 30 years of plumbing experience from work as a journeyman plumber to owning and managing his own plumbing contracting company. Roger’s experience lies in designing large apartment and multi-unit housing complexes.

Robert Yamauchi, Project Manager
Has over 28 of experience in the plumbing industry with commercial, residential and industrial design/build and plan & specification projects, including project management, design and estimating.

Scott Schroeder, Detailing Chief
Has over 17 years of plumbing experience including work as a foreman and general foreman. Oversees all detail and fabrication drawings as well as coordination drawings.

Executes all design drawings put out by both the estimator and field operations departments.

Joe Duzmal, Purchasing Supervisor
Joe reviews all the material specifications for jobs, coordinates the purchasing and delivery of plumbing materials.

Jody Ruiz, Documentation
Researches, compiles and publishes submittals and operation and maintenance manuals for projects. Coordinates the timely turnaround of project change orders.

Bob Cini, Field Superintendent
Has 31 years of plumbing experience starting as an apprentice, journeyman plumber and foreman for the North Bay Area. He recently was promoted to Superintendent for the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jim Roper
Has over 15 years of plumbing experience including work as a journeyman plumber and foreman. Jim has spent the last two years estimating and overseeing the tenant improvements at Bishop Ranch Business Park in San Ramon.

Has completed OSHA 500 course and works full time to keep the company in compliance with current safe work practices.
