Roger Campbell, Chief Estimator
Oversees the bidding and design of all company projects. Has over 30 years of plumbing experience from work as a journeyman plumber to owning and managing his own plumbing contracting company. Roger’s experience lies in designing large apartment and multi-unit housing complexes.

Dave Jackson, Project Estimator
Has over 20 years of plumbing experience including work as a journeyman plumber, foreman, superintendent and project estimator. Dave’s experience lie in all aspects of the pipe trades, including residential, multi-family, commercial, medical, process and industrial.

Jerry Smith, Installation, South Bay Field Operations
Has over 30 years of field experience – oversees all projects built in the Santa Clara County – has worked on and supervised projects throughout the Western United States, from residential, commercial, industrial, plumbing heating and process piping.

Has over 10 years of plumbing experience including work as a journeyman plumber and foreman. Jim has spent the last two years estimating and overseeing the tenant improvements at Bishop Ranch Business Park in San Ramon.

Over 50 years experience in field, estimating and operational experience. He has worked closely through the years with many of the builders and developers that have built major projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Field Crew
W.L. Hickey Sons employs in excess of 200 union building and residential trades plumbers and laborers. This crew actively installs projects throughout the greater San Francisco and Monterey Bay areas.
